What are the chances for a pediatrician and a programmer(open source) couple in Mazatlan ? We don't have much saving and want to self-supporting, and middle aged. There should be some children there that need some service. We haven't yet made our first trip out there ?

Welcome Balu,
I'm afraid I have some good new and some bad news. I think whichever one of you is the programmer can make a go of it, provided that their jobs are in the USA, and that they can access them remotely. But the pediatrician would not be allowed to legally work here, just as a Mexican doctor would not be permitted to work legally in the USA. Sorry.
