I see you're familiar with Isla de la Piedra. I'll be staying at Olas Altas in 8 days and I'd like to take my 13 yr. old on a horse ride somewhere on the beach. Do you recommend someone over there?

welcome to the maz-blog. it isn't a fast paced source of info, but the folks on it are all really good people as far as I can tell. which isn't very far. congrats on your excellent moves. I'm still in the northwest- tacoma- and I'll see mom tomorrow in Kirkland. I have a brother in Pleasanton, bay area, and a niece and family in Escondido. All good places. not sure about Ensenada. I see you're not a real talker, but I just wanted to share those common places. My wife, daughter (13 1/2) and I are going to be in Mazatlan on Feb 12, looking for a possible long term place for us three. Schooling is definitely an issue for a while yet. Best wishes on your adventure! m. pierce
