Condo at Marina Mazatlan
I have never been to Mazatlan, but I plan to vist in April 2008. I have been looking to purchase a condo in Mexico and I have placed a down payment in a condo at the Marina Mazatlan. It is called serena Residences. The Website is: www.serenaresidences.com. It is a waterfront condo in the preconstruction phase. I have protected myself by putting a deposit with Stewart title for the condo contingent on inspection in April. I have visited cancun, and I enjoyed the blue waters and white sandy beaches. However, the condos were too expensive. This condo comes with a boat slip and is on a goft course. It has every thing I want, but not sure about location. My question:
Is this condo in an area that is ripe for future growth? How is the area? My plan is to purchase at today's dollars then retire in 12 years. In the meantime, to use as a vacation destination. What is it about mazatlan that makes it a wonderful vacation destination? Does anyone know about the area, and what can you tell me?
