- In process of purchasing a condo in the new marina mazatlan, and water front. It is called Serena residences (www.serenaresidences.com) This is a preconstruction on the golf course. My plan is to purchase at today's dollars, use it for vacation then to become a snow bird after about 12 years. I would appreciate any feedback you all might have on the area and the purchase. It appears to have everything I want: golfing, fishing, swimming, running trails, shopping, and great weather.
